Buffaloe named sustainability manager

Barbara Buffaloe, chairwoman of the Energy and Environment Commission, will be Columbia’s first sustainability manager. The position pays $55,000 per year. Buffaloe will resign her commission post. Here’s Kathleen Pointer’s full story in the Missourian.
